NATIONAL ACCREDITATION HIGHLIGHTS CFFE’S COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
The Centre For Full Employment (CFFE) is celebrating after two of its teams were awarded the Customer First accreditation, passing with flying colours!
The accreditation is the national standard for customer service, and demonstrates that the organisation puts the customer at the heart of its activities.
To achieve the accreditation, the organisation was assessed against 32 statements, which showed their commitment to meeting customers needs. The statements included: assessing the customer’s needs at the first point of contact, ensuring that employees have the skills to effectively understand and meet the customer’s needs, and developing services by working in partnership with other relevant service providers.
Both CFFE’s Employer Liaison and Contracts Teams successfully demonstrated compliance with all 32 statements first time, an achievement only matched by around 10% of organisations!
